Maaaaaybe.... I have pondered it (that and iPad-type versions).

I have a bunch of stuff (other projects) to take care of first, though, and then can consider the nightmare of looking at old Windows 95 DirectX code.

Honestly, depending on how convoluted the whole process is, it might be easier to just make a sequel to Nahlakh... for whatever reason that one seemed to have more actual fans and I can draw my own art (ha ha, kidding... mostly).

I dropped by and, uh... was wondering.

The world of gaming has become increasingly immaterial, so I was wondering if there would be any merit, or if it would even be possible, to try and get Natuk (the full version) onto Steam or GOG?

I mean, I was very surprised to see that at least Nahlakh had become more immortalized (for now) at https://archive.org/details/msdos_Nahlakh_1994

You have to pay to hear rumors until someone tells you about the "Old Warehouse" and some snake cultists in there.

You have to do some 'L'ooking at specific tiles to find secret doors.

Do have as many silver weapons and 'Mass Turning' casters as you can when you venture down here.

I started a new game to test some new icons I made and it did not take too long to get the plate armor from the last level under the temple of Xentrix, get my 50,000 coins and buy my ship. I remember there is a sewer level somewhere that was tricky to get to but now I cannot remember how to get there. Does anyone else remember how to get to the sewer level where I can defeat that troll? I also seem to remember being able to recruit...'Edwin', I think it was? But I cannot find him either (was he in the sewer level?).

Also, I have taken my ship to many places trying to find out where the 'Salt quest' begins. I thought it was in one of the Hobgoblin cities but thus far I have no luck. Also where is Zhev (the hobgoblin assassin)?

If anyone can help me out here I would appreciate it.

Yeah, I think it's fairly simple, though I've obviously been messing with it for a long time.  Most rolls are 1 or 2 dice and add/subtract some modifiers and compare to some other roll or specific number.   It's a board game, basically.

Wow. I may be able to buy this one on release (depending on some financial things happening in the next few days). I like that it is said to have easy to learn rules as that is my biggest obstacle in playing wargames.
